How to order from the website.

Find the item, size & type of spokes required use the search bar or tabs.

Select the quantity you need from drop down menus.

For custom length spokes, please ensure you state your required spoke lengths in millimetres in the checkout process.

For wheels needing two spoke lengths please put the two quantities and measurements required.

Most of our spoke prices include silver brass nipples

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will refund or exchange (where stock is available) any unworn/unused products at any time during the period from our despatch confirmation to the end of 14 days after the day on which you receive the products.

Due to the nature of unique products that we have made or customised specifically for you, returns, changes or cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed and the item manufactured.

Custom-made products such as cut and threaded spokes cannot be returned or exchanged.

SHIPPING

Our shipping charge is a flat rate of £5.95

Orders are normally shipped by Royal Mail first class post.

Occasionally we may use an alternative courier company to ship your order in these cases we will inform you.

International orders must be placed via our eBay shop.
