RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will refund or exchange (where stock is available) any unworn/unused products at any time during the period from our despatch confirmation to the end of 14 days after the day on which you receive the products.

Due to the nature of unique products that we have made or customised specifically for you, returns, changes or cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed and the item manufactured.

 

Custom-made products such as cut and threaded spokes cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our shipping charge is a flat rate of £5.95

Orders are normally shipped by Royal Mail first class post.

Occasionally we may use an alternative courier company to ship your order in these cases we will inform you.

 

International orders must be placed via our eBay shop.
